BURBANK, CA (28 settembre 2026) – ASIFA-Hollywood ha annunciato oggi che debutterà con l'ASIFA-Showcase, un nuovo evento d'animazione di due giorni presso l'Infinity Festival Hollywood, che riunirà alcuni dei più grandi nomi dell'animazione dal 14 al 15 novembre presso l'Audrey Irmas Pavilion a Los Angeles.

L'ASIFA-Showcase fungerà da campagna di promozione ("For Your Consideration" - FYC) di ASIFA-Hollywood e da precursore della stagione dei premi 2026, riunendo artisti, cineasti, studios e leader del settore con due giorni di proiezioni, pannelli di discussione, presentazioni, dimostrazioni e opportunità di networking. Con la programmazione di molti dei principali studios e piattaforme del settore, lo Showcase offrirà ai membri di ASIFA-Hollywood uno sguardo dall'interno sui film, sulle produzioni televisive e sul talento creativo che danno forma all'animazione di quest'anno.

L'ASIFA-Showcase si terrà il 14 e 15 novembre come parte dell'Infinity Festival Hollywood, il festival di quattro giorni di Los Angeles che riunisce le persone che stanno plasmando il futuro dell'intrattenimento. In corso dal 12 al 15 novembre presso l'Audrey Irmas Pavilion, l'Infinity Festival presenta una programmazione che spazia tra intrattenimento, animazione, gaming, sport e media emergenti. La partnership con ASIFA-Hollywood porta il suo FYC Showcase e la programmazione della stagione dei premi all'interno del Festival, con due giornate di proiezioni, panel e presentazioni.

La lineup inaugurale riunisce uno straordinario spaccato dell'industria dell'animazione, con studios partecipanti tra cui Apple TV, Crunchyroll, Disney/Pixar, Disney Television, IFC, LAIKA, Marvel Animation, Netflix Animation, Paramount+, Sony Pictures Animation, Tierney Corp, Universal Pictures/DreamWorks Animation e Warner Bros. Animation. Wacom partecipa come sponsor dello Showcase, sostenendo ASIFA-Hollywood e gli artisti che utilizzano i suoi strumenti. L'adesione a ASIFA-Hollywood include l'accesso gratuito a tutte e quattro le giornate dell'Infinity Festival (dal 12 al 15 novembre), offrendo ai membri l'intero festival insieme alle due giornate di programmazione dello Showcase. Ai membri professionisti e sostenitori (Professional e Patron) di ASIFA verrà data l'opportunità di registrarsi (RSVP) in anticipo.

I partecipanti potranno sperimentare gli ultimi film d'animazione e produzioni televisive, ascoltare direttamente i registi e i team creativi che li sostengono, e ottenere una maggiore comprensione dell'arte, della narrazione e dell'animazione di questa stagione dei premi. ASIFA-Showcase will serve as ASIFA-Hollywood’s For Your Consideration (FYC) campaign and a precursor to the 2026 awards season, bringing together artists, filmmakers, studios, and industry leaders featuring two days of screenings, panels, presentations, demonstrations and networking. With programming from many of the industry’s leading studios and platforms, the Showcase will give ASIFA-Hollywood members an inside look at the films, television productions, and creative talent shaping this year in animation.
